Pricing & Deposits

$2 is the New York statutory fee for each notarial act. Mobile travel, convenience, after-hours, and other applicable service fees are quoted separately.

Deposits are not charged automatically. After Hammond & Associates reviews your request, we confirm availability, quote the applicable amount, and send a secure payment link if a deposit is required. Deposits reserve appointment availability and are applied toward the final service balance. Additional fees may apply based on travel, document requirements, number of signers, after-hours appointments, or other requested services.
