Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when requesting service or contacting us — such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment location, preferred date and time, and a general description of the documents involved.
We do not request or retain copies of your identification or notarized documents beyond what applicable law requires for our notarial records.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to confirm availability, schedule and perform requested services, process deposits, communicate about your appointment, and maintain required records.
We do not sell, rent, or trade client information.
Notarial Records
New York law may require a notary public to maintain a record of certain notarial acts. These records are retained as required and disclosed only when compelled by law or requested by an authorized party.
Service Providers
Limited information may be shared with providers who help us operate — for example scheduling, secure payment processing, or remote online notarization platforms. These providers may only use information to perform services on our behalf.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client information. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to record-keeping obligations. Contact us to make a request.
